Just because Halloween is over doesn’t mean that pumpkin treats are! This Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino is not only delicious, but it also has less calories and is much cheaper than the Starbucks version. Not to mention it’s super easy to make.
1 ¼ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 ½ cups of coffee
¼ cup of pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
1 ½ teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream of your choice (optional)
What you do:
- Make the coffee, before you pour it into a large cup. Refrigerate this overnight, so that the coffee is VERY cold the next day.
- Mix together the milk, pumpkin, sweetener of choice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg together until combined, in a small bowl. Pour this mixture into an ice tray, before you play in the freezer overnight.
- Once both of these mixtures are very cold, or frozen, add them together into a blender. Make sure you blend them until they are smooth like a Frappuccino. Taste as you go. If the blender isn’t blending it well, then add more milk. If you need to add more sweetener or spices, then add them to your discretion.
- Pour into a glass of your choice and top it off with whipped cream if you want to.
